ROSTERS
PROVIDING ROSTER INFORMATION
Rosters must be added to your registered team through the registration site. Please answer all questions for all players.
ROSTER SIZES
Age Group Maximum Roster Size
U9 – 12 players
U11-U19 – 16 players
Maximum roster sizes include any Guest Players that a team wishes to use for the tournament.
Off the Wall falls under Saskatoon Youth Soccer’s (SYSI) Vaccine Mandate stating that all players 18 years old and over must show proof of being fully vaccinated (i.e. including the 14-day period after receiving their completed dose) by December 2nd. Find more information here.
Effective Friday October 22, Saskatoon Soccer Centre Inc. (SSCI) will be requiring spectators aged 18 and older to provide proof of full vaccination or a negative test along with a piece of government issued photo ID in order to access the Saskatoon Sports Centre (150 Nelson Road) and Saskatoon Kinsmen Henk Ruys Soccer Centre (219 Primrose Drive). Please allow for extra time prior to games or practices for this verification to occur. Find more information here.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As usual, should things change after you have registered, our refund policy will be in effect as follows:
During the online registration period (Opening date-November 10): no funds are withheld.
After registration closes and up to when schedules are released (November 10-November 21): 50% of your registration fees will be withheld
After schedules are released (November 22): No refund issued
If Hollandia cancels the tournament, there will be a full refund
TEAM SELECTION
Team selection into the Hollandia Off the Wall tournament and player eligibility is at the sole discretion of the Tournament Committee.
GUEST PLAYERS
Each team is entitled to add three (3) guest players to their roster for the tournament. Each guest player must have a completed and signed Guest Player Form uploaded to dedicated player roster question. Players can only play on one team for the entire weekend.
All Nights of Play are Tentative Based on Number of Registered Teams, and Every Division Can Have the Possibility of Games Scheduled on Fridays or Sundays.
Note: Guidelines set out for the Indoor 2021-22 Season may be subject to modifications if government guidelines and restrictions during the pandemic change.
* Players born in 2003 and 2004 do not have to request a play out of zone
** U9-U19 players have the possibility of playing games on Friday/Sunday
CITY LEAGUE
All Nights of Play are Tentative Based on Number of Registered Teams, and Every Division Can Have the Possibility of Games Scheduled on Fridays or Sundays.

Refund Policy
As usual, should things change after you have registered, our refund policy will be in effect as follows:
- During the online registration period (Opening date-Sept 2): no funds are withheld.
- After registration closes and up to when evaluations end (Sept 3-Sept. 18): $50 will be withheld.
- After teams are submitted to SYSI and prior to team announcement (Sept 19-24): $100 will be withheld.
- After team placement announcement (Sept 25): No refund issued as funds are then committed to SYS and SSA.
Registration Fees: A set amount of fees assessed to cover the costs of registering teams with Saskatoon Youth Soccer, Hollandia technical support, and other administrative fees. Administrative fees are assessed at a percentage of the SYSI and technical support costs to cover equipment, team management system, facilities, and all other costs of running the club.
- Team Fees: A fee determined for your team by your Team Manager after consultation with the parents and coach at the initial team meeting. It may include purchase of practice jerseys, socks, extra field time, coach appreciation gifts, tournament fees, and wind-up/team social events.
- Uniform Deposit: A $65 deposit cheque per player per season provided to the club at in-person registration or evaluations, post-dated for Sept 30, 2021. Please read Hollandia’s updated uniform deposit policy Uniform Deposit Policy *Uniform Deposit is required for all players in U7-U19.
