PROVIDING ROSTER INFORMATION
Rosters must be added to your registered team through the registration site. Please answer all questions for all players.
ROSTER SIZES
Age Group Maximum Roster Size
U9 – 12 players
U11-U19 – 16 players
Maximum roster sizes include any Guest Players that a team wishes to use for the tournament.
GUEST PLAYERS
Each team is entitled to add three (3) guest players to their roster for the tournament. Each guest player must have a completed and signed Guest Player Form uploaded to dedicated player roster question. Players can only play on one team for the entire weekend.

Notes: Early bird pricing is in effect from day of opening registration until October 31st. Regular Pricing is in effect from November 1-13th.

Format
U9 Teams – 5v5 including goal keeper
U11-U13– 7v7 including goal keeper
U15-U19 – 6v6 including goal keeper
CANCELLATION POLICY
As usual, should things change after you have registered, our refund policy will be in effect as follows:
- During the online registration period (Opening date-November 13): no funds are withheld.
- After registration closes and up to when schedules are released (November 14-November 22): 50% of your registration fees will be withheld
- After schedules are released (November 23): No refund issued
- If Hollandia cancels the tournament, there will be a full refund
TEAM SELECTION
Team selection into the Hollandia Off the Wall tournament and player eligibility is at the sole discretion of the Tournament Committee.
